Potomac College’s Government Contract management degree program consists of extensive, in-depth and focused courses in contract standards and contract execution. Our education classes aptly prepare students in areas such as corporate or business subjects and general studies.

Our school's government contract management degree education program is designed to prepare students for careers in government contracting and the various activities of government contract implementation in private and public companies, city and county governments, and nonprofit organizations. Positions are often described as contract officers. Government Contract Management is available at both of Potomac College’s Washington, D.C. and Herndon, Virginia locations.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Government Contract Management are able to:
  • Evaluate issues as business managers and apply ethical principles and sound judgments to resolve contracting issues.
  • Work in teams, apply customer needs analysis, procurement strategy development and source selection skills necessary for successful contract performance.
