Government Contract Management
Knowing the laws surrounding government contracts is necessary if you’re managing government contracts or working on government contracts. Our Government Contract management training program consists of extensive focused courses in contract standards and contract execution, as well as related business subjects and general studies. The program is designed to train students for positions in government contracting and the activities of government contract implementation in private companies, city and county governments, and nonprofit organizations. Positions are described as contract officers. Government Contract Management training is available in Washington DC and Herndon Virginia.
Management degree training programs differ greatly in particular fields but each one of them is necessary and even vital to the function of a business. Management skills are vital to the success of any business, no matter how large or small. In some cases, individuals will work up through the ranks, but those that have a management degree are certain to find a job that is well suited for them.
The Government Contract Management training at Potomac College teaches students to comprehend the principles, regulations, and procedures of the government contract, management program. Addressed throughout the government contract, management program are issues such as management of existing contracts, financial and legal aspects of contracts, and reporting government contracts. Students develop proficiency in information technology while pursuing a rigorous program in government contract management.
Students who are pursuing career advancement at either our Washington DC or Northern Virginia campus develop proficiency in information technology while pursuing rigorous training program in government contract management.
